List of Job Websites from A-Z for Unemployed Veterans, Spouses, and Family

Know of a veteran looking for a job?  This list of 100+ job websites may help them target their employment search.  If anyone reading has a favorite job or employment website that is not listed below, please send me the link by posting a comment at the bottom of this page.  I promise to add it promptly.

  1. AARP Jobs:   offers information and advise on job search and lists available jobs for individuals who are over 50 years of age.

  3. American Evaluation Association:  AEA maintains both job and resume banks as a service to the evaluation profession. Use of the Career Center is free for viewing.

  5. It would be great if you could add, matches Ohio veterans with veteran-friendly employers. The site, which is sponsored by AMVETS Career Center, is free for both veteran and employer. AMVETS Career Center provides free career assistance for veterans and their familes in twelve states.

For a comprehensive listing of legitimate job site that have been vetted, go to VetJobs ( and in the Employment Assistance section you will find four lists: Niche Job Board Sites (by occupation), State Job Board Sites (by geography), Comprehensive Job Board Sites and Aggregator Job Board Sites.
